Bobby Deol Praises Father, Dharmendra, For Continuing To Work At 87

Bobby Deol, when referring to his father-actor Dharmendra, remarked that even at the age of 87, he still puts in a lot of effort. This year, Dharmendra will appear in Karan Johar’s directed film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, alongside Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh. The veteran actor is currently putting the finishing touches on an untitled comedy from Maddock Films that stars Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon.

Bobby Deol is preparing for the release of Apne 2, which also stars Dharmendra and Sunny Deol; he admired his father’s “work ethic and passion for acting” and declared himself “in awe” of him. Bobby added that his father has been “working tirelessly” since he was just 10 or 12 years old.

In an interview with News18 about Dharmendra, Bobby Deol stated, “I’m in awe of my father, who never fails to astonish me with his work ethic and enthusiasm for acting. He still signs good films at the age of 87, and witnessing him in action is incredibly motivating. I’ve never seen anyone else with the level of commitment and passion that he has had since he was just 10 or 12 years old. He has been working nonstop. It’s truly remarkable to witness this.”

Bobby added, “In my opinion, a father should always be respected as a father, and there are some boundaries that should not be violated,” in response to changes in the father-son relationship. But as we get older and our parents become older, the nature of our relationship might change, and we might feel more at ease talking to and expressing ourselves to them. In most families, this is a natural evolution that happens.”

In the comments portion of her post, Vanshika received condolence messages from the actor’s followers. One fan commented, “Your father will always be with you and will be keeping an eye on you. He will always be with you in your heart and memories dear. Hugs and a lot of love to you.” while another fan wrote, “Be strong and take care of your mom,”

Ranbir Kapoor’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar Falls Short Of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani In First Week Collection

The romantic comedy film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor, is being devoured by fans who have been craving big-screen versions in recent years. The movie is holding up well even during the weekdays after a strong showing over the lengthy five-day weekend. The film was able to make almost the same amount of money on Tuesday as it did on Monday.

The movie by director Luv Ranjan brought in an additional Rs 6.05 crore (early estimates), bringing the total to almost Rs 83 crore, according to the industry tracker Sacnilk. Film trade critic and analyst Taran Adarsh provided a breakdown of the movie’s earnings since its launch on March 8. He tweeted, “#TuJhoothiMainMakkaar collects a decent amount On Monday [Day 6],…  Wed. 15.73 crores, Thu. 10.34, Fri. 10.52, Sat. 16.57, Sun. 17.08, and Mon. 6.05 crores. Overall: 76.29 crores.”

Most of Ranbir Kapoor’s films, such as Jagga Jasoos (Rs 46.29 cr), Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (Rs 80.19 cr), and Tamasha, had lower first-week box-office collections than the romantic comedy (Rs 53.46 cr). However,  Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, his last popular romantic comedy, had a better opening weekend collection in 2013. Within seven days of its release, it earned Rs 107.61 cr.

Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar may hit medium if it can keep its hold at the ticket counters for another seven days. After that, it might have competition from this Friday’s new releases of  Zwigato by Kapil Sharma and Mrs. Chatterjee vs. Norway by Rani Mukerji. Later this month, the films Bheed by Anubhav Sinha and Bholaa by Ajay Devgn are set for release.

Animal, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, is Ranbir Kapoor’s next project after Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. The actor will appear in a totally different avatar. The movie, which also features Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Bobby Deol in significant roles, will be released in theatres on August 11.

‘Bheed’ Trailer Out: Rajkummar And Bhumi’s Film Reminds The Dark Times Of Pandemic!

The trailer of Anubhav Sinha’s upcoming film ‘Bheed’ has been released, and with its release, the discussion of the film started. The film starred with Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar. The scenes in the trailer revive the darkest times of the Covid-19 Pandemic. It reminds us of those unpleasant days which almost all the people of the world faced, especially the middle-class people during the lockdown in 2020. The film’s trailer shows the powerfulness of the epidemic that has put millions of people in helplessness.

The film’s trailer began with the voice of Prime Minister Narendra Modi when he was announcing the lockdown in the country. The trailer shows the picture of the times which came out to the fore when the lockdown was imposed all over the country in view of the outbreak of corona epidemic. All the people were imprisoned in their homes after collecting their required goods. Millions of poor, hungry, and thirsty migrants came out to the street and traveled on foot to reach only one destination- their home.
