Siddharth Anand’s directed action thriller movie Pathaan releases on Prime Video on Wednesday. It is released almost two months after its theatrical run. The film starred Shah Rukh Khan and others, who combined to break box office records. The film has grossed Rs. 1046 crore worldwide, which makes it the highest-grossing Hindi language film of all time in India.

After the film’s debut on the digital platform, fans identified several additional scenes and shared screenshots of that additional scenes that were not in the theatrical cut on social media. Currently, there is only one version available on the OTT, and the added scenes have not been labeled as such.

Among the four deleted scenes shared by the fans, one scene shows Shah Rukh Khan as Pathaan getting mercilessly tortured by the Russians in prison. He was seen strapped to a chair in a blood-spattered way as an officer pulled a nail out of his finger. Pathaan, in agony, screams. In another scene, he is welcome in a grand way when he returns to the RAW office after being rescued by Tiger (Salman Khan). A different scenario also depicts the Indian forces questioning Deepika Padukone’s character Rubai about Jim, who is portrayed by John Abraham, in order to learn more about him. Besides this, Dimple Kapadia’s discussion in the flight scene is also added.

The film’s plot revolves around a Raw agent who tries very hard to protect India from a deadly attack.

Fans express their disappointment by sharing screenshots of deleted scenes on social media, as they are unable to see such scenes on the big screen. The one scene that disappointed the fans very much is Shah Rukh’s re-entry to the RAW office in style with fantastic background music.

Pathaan was released in the theaters on January 25 and stars Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia, and Ashutosh Rana in supporting roles.
