Paneer Matar Pulao Recipe by Archana’s Kitchen


  • To start making the Paneer Matar Pulao Recipe, firstly wash the rice and soak for 15-20 minutes and drain. 

  • Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker on medium warmth; add the fennel seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, clove and bay leaf and saute till you get a beautiful aroma.

  • Add the ginger, garlic and inexperienced chilies, and prepare dinner for a few minute. 

  • At this stage, add onions and saute till the onion turns pink. 

  • Once performed, add within the rice, two cups of water, and salt. Close the strain cooker. 

  • Pressure prepare dinner for 2- three whistles and switch off the flame. 

  • Allow the strain to launch naturally, and open the strain cooker. 

  • Open the strain cooker and fluff the rice with a fork. 

  • Heat a skillet, with ghee on medium flame, to this add the paneer cubes and saute for a few minute. 

  • To this, add the steamed inexperienced peas and salt. 

  • toss nicely on excessive warmth for a few minute or two and switch off the flame. 

  • Now add the panner-green peas into the pulao and blend nicely. 

  • Add within the recent chopped mint leaves and switch to a serving platter. 

  • Serve Paneer Matar Pulao Recipe together with Shabnam Curry and Boondi Raita for a scrumptious weekday lunch.
