To start making the Paneer Matar Pulao Recipe, firstly wash the rice and soak for 15-20 minutes and drain.
Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker on medium warmth; add the fennel seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, clove and bay leaf and saute till you get a beautiful aroma.
Add the ginger, garlic and inexperienced chilies, and prepare dinner for a few minute.
At this stage, add onions and saute till the onion turns pink.
Once performed, add within the rice, two cups of water, and salt. Close the strain cooker.

toss nicely on excessive warmth for a few minute or two and switch off the flame.
Now add the panner-green peas into the pulao and blend nicely.
Add within the recent chopped mint leaves and switch to a serving platter.
